Adult Ministries Care Partner (Bless Your Heart) Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Have a heart to care for others beyond church campus activities. This position would make personal contact with individuals in their group on a regular basis (no less than once every 4 weeks) and update the church database within 24 hours of contact.
