Youth Ministry

We minister to Jr. High, High School, College and Career students. We believe that God equips young people to do impossible things through Jesus Christ. We are a ministry who pursues understanding God’s love and sharing it with others.

Each week we create an environment for team leadership, authentic worship and “real life” Bible teaching. We use four basic ingredients each week to help students to hear and become all God wants them to be.

RALLY: This is a where we create energy and excitement in a positive environment. It is to provide the students opportunity to socialize, develop relationships, worship, hear the Word and apply it in their lives. We value our team leaders and especially their ministry as role models. Rally takes place on Wednesday night.

DISCIPLESHIP: Discipleship takes students deeper into the Word and its application to their lives. Discipleship calls for a time when students can talk and share their ideas, thoughts, struggles, and victories, while having the guidance and input from others with more experience in their walk with God. Discipleship makes room for youth teaching each other as well as input from leaders. Sunday morning Sunday School and Sunday night C.O.R.E offer great discipleship opportunities.

OUTREACH: Outreach takes place through many avenues and is loosely woven into all we do; activities, concerts, trips, etc. Everything we do provides the opportunity to invite others to join in who are not regularly a part. Wednesday night is our largest Outreach effort.

FUN: Teenagers have their own definition of fun or what is cool. If we present ourselves in a way that is fun or cool, then we can effectively reach youth and disciple them. We intentionally plan events for fun, knowing that rubbing shoulders with others is a way to share Christ.
