2025 Impact Report + 2026 Ministry Funding

To the Families of Community Church,

What a year 2025 has been! Throughout this past year, one theme has been clear: we are a Christ-centered church committed to helping people connect with others, find healing, and grow into fully devoted followers of Christ through Loving God and Loving Others.

This theme has been demonstrated time and again in 2025 through your generosity of time, talents, and resources. You have sacrificed, stepped out with courageous faith, and trusted God to work through you—allowing Him to accomplish so much this year.

In this Community Church Impact Report, you’ll see significant ways God has been at work in and through our church family. It is a reminder that every person has a name, every name has a story, and every story matters to God.

Each year, this report provides ministry highlights from our Pastors and Directional Leaders, as well as their vision for the year ahead. They also present funding needs to the Elders for prayerful review and approval. On page 29, you’ll find the minimum funding requirements approved by the Elders.

A membership vote regarding the 2026 ministry funding will be conducted via paper and electronic ballot through January 11, 2026. Our ministry funding objective for 2026 is $21,800 per week, encompassing funds received through our Mother’s Day Out (MDO) program.

Furthermore, the elders are earnestly inviting every member to contemplate augmenting your contributions in 2026. Your additional generosity would enable us to cover the recent $7,000 increase in church property insurance and provide necessary wage increments for our dedicated staff, many of whom have not experienced adjustments for years or are serving below standard ministry compensation levels. They sincerely hope that the weekly contributions would meet or surpass $23,500 per week to achieve this objective.

Looking forward, 2026 will be another year of living as a vivid picture of Jesus’ love. It will also be a year of taking new steps of faith—trusting that as we obey His Word and walk by faith, God will fulfill His promises and display His power in our lives.

Lauri and I are continually blessed that God has allowed us to be part of the family we call Community since 2000. We love you deeply and look forward with great expectation to all God will do in 2026.
